Gilles Massé
Gilles is CEO and founder of El Dorado Capital Advisors. He is responsible for investment management, partner relations, deal generation and the deal execution process. Gilles brings more than 30 years of real estate experience particularly in development, leasing, and joint venture negotiations.

Ross Westgate
Ross joined El Dorado Capital Advisors in 2010. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the underwriting, due diligence and reporting processes. Ross brings more than 30 years of experience having worked for some of Canada’s largest pension funds, investment banks and real estate asset managers.
